摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析药物辅助内镜治疗(改良三明治注射法联合食管静脉曲张套扎)对Le,g型食管胃静脉破裂出血的疗效研究。方法:选取2013年1月~2020年4月收治的食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血患者88例,仅予以药物治疗为对照组(n=44),药物治疗后接受内镜下治疗为联合治疗组(n=44)。观察两组患者的急诊止血率,再出血率和病死率。结果:对照组和联合治疗组急诊止血成功率分别为88.64%和100%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021),对照组早期再出血率及迟发型再出血率分别为13.64%、31.82%,联合治疗组分别为2.27%和2.27%,差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.049,0.000),对照组病死率为13.64%,而联合治疗组为0,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。结论:药物辅助内镜治疗对Le,g型食管胃静脉破裂出血安全有效。Objective Retrospective analysis of the effect of drug-assisted endoscopy(modified sandwich injection combined with esophageal varices ligation)on Le,g type esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding(EGVB).Method 88 patients with EGVB from January 2013 to April 2020 were selected.Single drug conservative treatment was used in control group(44 cases),Drug therapy followed by the endoscopic treatment was the combined therapy group(44 cases).The success rate of emergency hemostasis,rebleeding rate and mortality rate in 2 groups were analyzed.Results The success rates of emergency hemostasis in the control group and the combined therapy group were 88.6%and 100%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021),The rates of early rebleeding and delayed rebleeding were 13.6%and 31.82%in the control group and 2.27%and 2.27%in the combined therapy group,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049,0.000).The mortality rate was 13.64%in control group and 0 in the combined therapy group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).Conclusion Drug-assisted endoscopic therapy is safe and effective for Le,g type esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding.
