摘  要:FPGA的片上系统(SOC)指的是将CPU核、存储器及所有软硬件控制模块都放在单片FPGA中,实现了系统在单一芯片上的设计,是一个更具发展前景的电子系统设计解决方案。本文给出了FPGA片上系统的基本组成,并以基于8051 IP核的数字电压表的设计为例,说明了FPGA的片上系统的设计流程、方法及特点。研究结果表明,基于FPGA的SOC设计具有集成度高、可在系统升级、高效低功耗等特点,是现代电子技术重要的设计手段之一。FPGA fpga on-chip system(SOC)means that the cpu core,memory and all hardware and software control modules are placed in a single chip to realize the realization of the system on a single chip.It is a more promising electronic system design solution.In this paper,the basic composition of FPGA system on chip is given.Taking the design of digital voltmeter based on 8051 IP core as an example,the design flow,method and characteristics of FPGA system on chip are illustrated.The results show that the design of SOC based on FPGA has the characteristics of high integration,upgradability,high efficiency and low power consumption,which is one of the important design means of modern electronic technology.
