摘 要:汽车制动软管作为汽车制动系统中重要零件之一,主要作用是向制动器传递制动压力,其对软管耐久性及可靠性具有极高的要求。基于这一出发点,设计了一种汽车软管耐久性及可靠性试验系统方案,仿真分析了制动软管液压系统在10.3 MP下的脉冲加载控制性能,对方案可行性进行分析;搭建了汽车软管耐久性及可靠性试验平台,对所提方案的可行性进行了实验验证。研究结果表明,该试验系统脉冲响应时间可控制在25 ms以内,满足参数要求,具有较好的可行性,对汽车制动软管测试具有很好的借鉴意义。As one of the important parts of the automobile brake system,the main function of the brake hose is to transmit the braking pressure to the brake,which has high requirements for the durability and reliability of the hose.Based on these understandings,a scheme of automobile hose durability and reliability test system is designed,the control performance of brake hose hydraulic system under 10.3 mp pulse loading is simulated and analyzed,and the feasibility of the scheme is analyzed;the automobile hose durability and reliability test platform is built,and the feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified by experiments.The results show that the impulse response time of the test system can be controlled within 25 ms,which can meet the requirements of parameters and has good feasibility.It has a good reference significance for automobile brake hose test.
