摘　　要：当前,部分农业高校毕业生存在职业生涯决策困难,体现在就业择业心态、方法不够科学合理,以及就业意向与实际去向差异性较大等。通过调研部分农业高校毕业生就业情况,对“双一流”建设高校S大学2018届毕业生开展问卷调查,对比分析毕业生就业意向及实际就业去向情况。结果显示,毕业生部分就业意向的实现率较低,表现在毕业生的自我认知不清晰、缺乏科学的职业生涯决策方法以及就业行动滞后等方面。基于对农业高校大学生的职业生涯决策现状、存在问题的分析,探讨提升农业高校大学生就业认知、决策及就业能力的有效路径。At present,some agricultural universities graduates have difficulties in career decision-making,which is reflected in the lack of scientific and reasonable attitudes towards and methods for employment,and a big difference between their desired employment and their actual one.Through the investigation of the employment situation of some agricultural universities graduates,this paper carries out a questionnaire on the class of 2018 in an agricultural university,and compares the employment intention and actual employment of the graduates.The result shows that the realization rate of the graduates'employment intention is low,which is manifested in the unclear self-awareness of graduates,the lack of scientific career decision-making methods and the lag of job-hunting action.Based on the analysis of the current situations and problems of career decision-making,this paper discusses the effective paths to improve the employment cognition,decision-making and employability of agricultural universities graduates.
