摘　　要：公立医院绩效考核是深化医改、推进健康中国战略的重要举措。文章从功能定位、质量安全、合理用药、分项指标4个方面,对二级和三级医院医疗质量绩效考核指标进行了比较分析。针对指标反映的考核特点,提出从加强信息支撑、落实全面质量管理、扩大绩效考核范围等方面改进,从而不断提升医疗质量管理水平。Public hospital performance appraisal is an important measure to deepen medical reform and promote the strategy of healthy China.The paper compared the performance evaluation indexes of medical quality in secondary and tertiary hospitals from four aspects:function orientation,quality safety,rational drug use and sub-index.In view of the evaluation characteristics reflected by the indicators,measures were proposed to improve the medical quality management level by strengthening information support,implementing total quality management,and expanding the scope of performance evaluation.
