摘 要:目的探讨超声造影引导下肝病变的穿刺活检检测方法的诊断价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月厦门与三明两所地方医院诊断的肝脏占位性病变患者122例,均行超声造影引导穿刺与常规超声检测,比较两种方法的检查效果。结果122例肝脏占位性病变患者超声造影引导穿刺法检查特异性为91.3%,敏感性为96.7%,准确率为93.2%,高于常规超声的57.4%、66.9%、61.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声造影引导下肝病变的穿刺活检检测方法在肝脏局灶性病变的良、恶性鉴别诊断中具有较高的应用价值,与常规超声检测对比,超声造影可有效提高经皮穿刺活检的诊断率并减少穿刺次数,超声造影引导下肝病变穿刺活检可作为鉴别肝良、恶性占位病变的金标准。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound guided needle biopsy for the liver disease detection.Methods 122 patients with liver space occupying lesions diagnosed in Xiamen and Sanming local hospitals from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected.All patients underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasonography guided puncture examination and conventional ultrasound examination.The examination effects between the two methods were compared.Results The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography guided puncture examination were 91.3%,96.7%,93.4%,respectively,which were higher than those of conventional ultrasound examination of 57.4%,66.4%,61.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Contrast-guided ultrasound-guided biopsy detection of liver lesions has high application value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver lesions.Compared with conventional ultrasound detection,contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination can effectively improve the diagnosis rate of percutaneous biopsy and reduce the number of punctures.Therefore,ultrasound-guided hepatic lesion puncture technology is selected as the gold standard for identifying liver benign and malignant space occupying lesions.
