摘 要:依托高速公路旧路原设计模量参数,现场对基层模量进行实测,采取三维有限元方法建立模型,对比分析路面弯沉、面层和基层层底水平应力等指标随着半刚性基层弹性模量的变化规律。结果表明,路表弯沉继基层模量增大而逐渐减小,沥青各结构层层底受压,尤其是下面层的层底压应力一定程度变大,基层层底拉应力逐渐增大,底基层层底拉应力逐渐减小,相应的基层疲劳寿命将缩短,沥青面层压应力会随着基层模量过度增大而显著增大,路面永久变形可能会增大,从而不利于路面的高温稳定性。Based on the original design modulus parameters of the old expressway,the modulus of the base course is measured on site,and the model is established by using the three-dimensional finite element method,and the change rules of the pavement deflection,the horizontal stresses of the surface layer and the bottom of the base course with the elastic modulus of the semi-rigid base course is compared and analyzed.The results show that the surface deflection gradually decreases with the increase of the base modulus,the bottom compressive stress of each layer of asphalt structure,especially that of the lower layer increases to a certain extent,the bottom tensile stress of the base layer gradually increases,that of the subbase layer gradually decreases,the corresponding base fatigue life will be shortened,and the asphalt surface compressive stress will increase significantly with the excessive increase of the base modulus,and the permanent deformation of the pavement may increase,which is unfavorable to the high temperature stability of the pavement.
