摘  要:液压张紧装置是物料运送机械的关键部件,针对液压张紧装置在大负荷运行中输出张紧力不稳定的问题,在液压张紧装置系统结构和数学模型基础上,构建了液压张紧装置系统的闭环传递函数和液压张紧力的全局观测器,利用自适应PID控制算法不断优化液压张紧装置的张紧力,并对张紧力输出进行实时调整,减少液压张紧装置对整个物料运送系统的冲击,最后在MATLAB建模仿真平台搭建了液压张紧装置自适应PID控制系统模型,设置相应的模型参数,仿真结果表明,设计的自适应PID控制方法能够优化液压张紧装置的张紧力,提高系统的稳定性。Hydraulic tensioning device is the key component of the material conveying machinery. Aiming at the problem of unstable output tension force of the hydraulic tensioning device in heavy load operation, based on the system structure and mathematical model of the hydraulic tensioning device, the closed-loop transfer function of the hydraulic tensioning device system and the global observer of the hydraulic tensioning force are constructed. The adaptive PID control algorithm is used to continuously optimize the tension force of the hydraulic tensioning device, and the output of the tension force is adjusted in real time to reduce the impact of the hydraulic tensioning device on the whole material conveying system. Finally, the adaptive PID control system model of the hydraulic tensioning device is built on the MATLAB modeling and simulation platform, and the corresponding model parameters are set. The simulation results show that the designed adaptive PID control method can optimize the tension force of the hydraulic tensioning device and improve the stability of the system.
