摘  要:为提供风速及温湿度三场耦合条件下混凝土试件早龄期收缩开裂性的研究条件,设计了一套风速-温度-湿度砼养护场测控系统。采用NI公司的具有良好人机交互界面的LabVIEW软件作为监控面板的上位机,温湿度传感器、风速传感器及各机构执行元件和可编程控制器PLC等共同搭建砼养护场测控系统。基于LabVIEW上位机软件的"G"语言及工具包,开发砼养护场多参数控制系统软件,并分析其非线性、大时滞、强耦合的特点,设计了一套适合砼养护场模糊自适应PID控制算法。实验结果表明,改进的模糊自适应PID控制算法鲁棒性增强,达到待试验范围风速、温度与湿度值的调节时间缩短,且均衡、稳定,有利于进行下一步混凝土试件早龄期收缩开裂性的研究。In order to provide the research conditions of the early-age shrinkage and cracking of concrete specimens under the coupling conditions of wind speed, temperature and humidity, a set of wind speed-temperature-humidity concrete curing field measurement and control system is designed. Using NI’s LabVIEW software with a good human-computer interaction interface as the upper computer of the monitoring panel, temperature and humidity sensors, three wind speed sensors, various mechanism actuators and programmable logic controllers PLC, etc, jointly build measurement and control system of the concrete curing field. Based on the "G" language and toolkit of the LabVIEW upper computer software, developed multi-parameter measurement and control system software of measurement and control system of the concrete curing field. Analyzed its characteristics of nonlinearity, large time delay, and strong coupling, and designed a set of fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm suitable for measurement and control system of the concrete curing field. The experimental results show that the improved fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm has enhanced robustness, shortened the adjustment time of wind speed, temperature and humidity in the range to be tested, and is balanced and stable, which is conducive to the further research on early-age shrinkage and cracking of the concrete specimens.
