摘　　要：本文以北京天坛医院工会为例,针对当前医院“智慧工会”建设存在的信息化建设比较薄弱、管理效率低等问题,提出了加强领导、提高工会干部互联网思维和工作能力等促进新时代医院“智慧工会”建设的建议。Taking the trade union of Beijing Tiantan Hospital as an example,as well as aiming at the problems of weak information construction and low management efficiency in the construction of"Smart Trade Union"in hospitals nowadays,the paper puts forward the suggestions,like strengthening management and promoting trade union cadres'internet thinking and capabilities to promote construction of"Smart Trade Union"in the new era.
