摘　　要：近几年国内二手车的交易量已突破千万辆。在二手车消费的过程中,就需要对二手车的价值进行科学有效的评估。文章结合国内二手车市场情况,在基于重置成本法中对成新率的影响因素进行权重而得到综合成新率。同时也将影响成新率的其它因素纳入调整系数中进行全面评估,从而对二手车进行全面的评估。In recent years,the domestic used car trading volume has exceeded 10 million.In the process of used car consumption,we need to evaluate the value of used car scientifically and effectively.In this paper,combined with the domestic used car market,based on the replacement cost method,the influencing factors of the newness rate are weighted to get the comprehensive newness rate.At the same time,other factors that affect the newness rate are included in the adjustment coefficient for comprehensive evaluation,so as to make a comprehensive evaluation of used cars.
