不同浓度褪黑素对洋桔梗切花保鲜效果的影响

摘　　要：洋桔梗是全球最重要的鲜切花之一,但洋桔梗切花质地柔软,在销售和消费环节如保鲜处理措施不当,易导致品质下降,出现花、叶干萎,瓶插寿命缩短等现象。为了探寻洋桔梗切花安全的保鲜剂及配方,本研究通过探索不同外源褪黑素浓度梯度下洋桔梗切花外观形态及各项生理指标的变化,旨在筛选出最佳的褪黑素浓度。试验以洋桔梗切花为材料,选用蔗糖、8-羟基喹啉和柠檬酸为瓶插液的基本成分,添加不同浓度褪黑素进行对比研究。结果表明,适宜浓度的褪黑素能显著提升洋桔梗切花的瓶插寿命及其观赏价值,维持较为稳定的水分平衡值。随着瓶插时间的延长,Chl呈现下降的趋势;而OPC变化不一;POD、SOD活性,SS、SP含量等指标呈先升后降的趋势;Pro含量、相对电导率及MDA含量等指标大致呈上升趋势,并且能有效提升其光合能力。通过隶属函数综合分析得知,以添加浓度20μmol/L褪黑素的保鲜剂各项指标表现最好,瓶插寿命达14.67 d,较对照高5 d,最大花径增加率达17.66%,与对照差异显著,且其他各项生理指标均显著优于对照。Eustoma russellianum is one of the most important fresh cut flowers in the world.However,the quality of cut flowers of Eustoma russellianum is soft,and improper preservation measures in sales and consumption are easy to lead to the deterioration of quality,drying of flowers and leaves,shortening of vase life and other phenomena.In order to actively explore the safe preservative and formula of Eustoma russellianum cut flowers.The aim of the study explore the changes of the external melatonin concentration gradient in the cut flowers of Eustoma russellianum,and to select the best melatonin concentration.In this experiment,the cut flowers of Eustoma russellianum were used as the material.The sucrose,8-hydroxyquinoline and citric acid were selected as the basic components of the bottle insert,and melatonin of different concentrations was added for comparative study.The results showed that melatonin concentration could significantly increase the vase life and ornamental value of the cut flowers of Eustoma russellianum,increase its photosynthetic capacity,and maintain a relatively stable water balance.With the extension of bottle insertion time,Chl showed a decreasing trend.However,OPC showed different changes.The activity of POD,SOD,SS,SP and other indexes showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Indicators such as Pro content,relative conductivity and MDA content showed an upward trend,and effectively improved its photosynthetic capacity.According to the comprehensive analysis of membership function,the fresh-keeping agent added with the concentration of 20μmol/L melatonin showed the best performance.Additionally,the bottle insert life was 14.67 days,5 days higher than that of the control,and the increase rate of the maximum flower diameter was 17.66%,which was significantly different from the control group.As a whole,all other physiological indexes were significantly better than the control group.
