摘　　要：为有效利用丰富的竹材资源,针对性设计配方进行2个香菇主栽品种的出菇栽培试验,探求利用竹材资源栽培香菇的有效技术。结果表明,3个配方栽培香菇L808、香菇L212品种的产量超过对照,菇形外观指标稍小于对照。对香菇L808菇体进行营养检测,符合香菇质量技术标准。试验结果表明利用竹屑原料栽培香菇具有较大的应用价值。In order to efficiently utilize abundant Phyllostachys pubescens resources,two main strains of Lentinus edodes were tested for fruiting cultivation.The study aimed to explore effective techniques for cultivating L.edodes using P.pubescens resources and evaluate the effects of three different cultivation formulas on the growth of L.edodes by designing formulas that use different proportion of P.pubescens scraps as part of the cultivation substrate.With strain L808 and strain L212 as the tested strains,the results showed that the yield of the three formulas was better than the control group,and the shape of fruiting body was slightly smaller than the control group.L.edodes L808 strain meet the technical standards for L.edodes quality according to nutrition testing.The result indicates that the use of P.pubescens shavings to cultivate L.edodes has significant application value.
