摘 要:食用菌产业不断发展,已成为我国第五大农业产业,拥有广阔市场前景。同时在建设社会主义新农村推进乡村振兴的发展背景下,食用菌对持续巩固提升脱贫攻坚成果具有重要现实意义。面对国际内外政治经济格局不断变化,将构建"双循环"新发展格局,食用菌产业发展机遇与挑战并行。基于"双循环"背景下,通过分析我国食用菌产业现状,对其发展市场前景和未来趋势进行分析,并尝试提出食用菌产业发展针对性建议,助力食用菌产业发展。With the development of edible fungi industry,it has become the fifth largest agricultural industry in China and has a broad market prospect.At the same time,under the background of building a new socialist countryside to promote the development of rural revitalization,edible fungi have important practical significance for the continuous consolidation and promotion of the achievements of overcoming poverty.In the face of the changing political and economic pattern inside and outside the world,a new development pattern of‘dual circulation’will be construct,and the development opportunities and challenges of edible fungi industry are parallel.Based on the background of‘dual circulation’,the present situation of edible fungi industry in China,and analyzes its market prospect and future trend were analyzed.It put forward the development of edible fungi industry targeted suggestions to help the development of edible fungi industry.
