摘　　要：卒中后抑郁是指发生于卒中后,表现为一系列抑郁症状和相应躯体症状的综合征,严重影响患者的康复和生活质量。历代文献载有与其相关疾病的病因病机及诊治论述。近年,中医药学者在此基础上从病因病机、辨证分型和中医药治疗等方面有了较为全面的研究。现将其研究进展进行总结,为临床治疗提供参考。Post-stroke depression refers to a syndrome that occurs after stroke and presents a series of depressive symptoms and corresponding somatic symptoms,which seriously affects the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients.The etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of its related diseases are discussed in the literature of the past dynasties.In recent years,scholars of traditional Chinese medicine have made comprehensive researches on etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The research progress is summarized to provide reference for the clinical treatment.
