重复经颅磁刺激联合靳三针治疗对脑梗死后肢体运动功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨重复经颅磁刺激联合靳三针治疗对脑梗死后肢体运动功能的临床研究。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年6月肇庆市第一人民医院接收的因脑梗死而导致肢体运动功能障碍的60例患者作为本研究对象,随机设为研究组与对照组。对照组采用靳三针治疗,研究组采用靳三针与经颅磁刺激联合的治疗方法。比较两组的临床效果及治疗前后肢体运动功能评分与改良Barthel指数。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分与改良Barthel指数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗死肢体障碍患者采用重复经颅磁刺激与靳三针联合的治疗方法,有助于提升其临床效果,肢体功能障碍情况得到有效改善,从而利于患者运动功能的有效恢复。Objective:To explore the clinical study of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with JIN triple injection in the treatment of limb motor function after cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 60 patients with limb motor dysfunction caused by cerebral infarction admitted to Zhaoqing First People's Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly assigned to the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with JIN triple injection,while the study group was treated with Jin triple injection combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation.The clinical effect of the two groups and the limb motor function score and improved Barthel index before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Simplified Fugl-Meyer score and improved Barthel index of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with JIN triple injection can help to improve the clinical effect,promote the limb dysfunction,and facilitate the effective recovery of the patients'motor function of cerebral infarction patients with limb disorders.
