闪罐、穴位注射结合分期针刺治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨闪罐、穴位注射结合分期针刺对治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年11月-2019年11月收治门诊、住院的64例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用分期针刺法结合闪罐、穴位注射治疗,对照组采用分期针刺治疗,对两组患者的痊愈时间及治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组痊愈率为84.4%(27/32),总有效率为100%(32/32),对照组痊愈率为78.1%(25/32),总有效率为96.9%(31/32),痊愈率及总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组平均治疗时间为20.6 d,对照组平均治疗时长为25.8 d。结论:分期针刺配合闪罐、穴位注射治疗周围性面瘫具有可观的疗效,能缩短治疗时长,减轻患者负担。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of flash cupping plus acupoint injection combined with staged acupuncture in treating peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:Sixty-four patients who came for treatment from November 2018 to November 2019 were divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with flash cupping plus acupoint injection combined with staged acupuncture,and the control group was treated with acupuncture.The recovery time and treatment effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The recovery rate of the treatment group was 84.4%(27/32),the effective rate was 100%(32/32),and the recovery rate of the control group was 78.1%(25/32),the effective rate was 96.9%(31/32),the recovery rate and effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.01),the average treatment time of the treatment group was 20.6 days,and the average treatment time of the control group was 25.8 days.Conclusion:Flash cupping plus acupoint injection combined with staged acupuncture has considerable curative effect on facial neuritis,which can shorten the course of treatment and reduce the burden on patients.
