摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸治疗周围型面神经麻痹的临床观察。方法:将2018年1月-2019年12月在黑龙江省中医药科学院针灸科治疗的60例周围型面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,在此基础上观察组使用针灸治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、面神经功能评分及面神经恢复时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90%(27/30),明显高于对照组的66.67%(20/30)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后面神经功能评分明显高于对照组,面神经恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗周围型面神经麻痹的临床疗效显著,能有效恢复面神经功能,减轻面部麻痹症状,缩短治疗时间,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To explore the clinical observation of acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:60 patients with peripheral facial nerve palsy who were treated in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion in Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on this basis.The clinical efficacy,facial nerve function score and facial nerve recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 90%(27/30)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 66.67%(20/30)in the control group(P<0.05).The neurological function score of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the facial nerve recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion has significant clinical effect on peripheral facial paralysis,it can effectively restore facial nerve function,reduce facial paralysis symptoms,shorten treatment time,and has positive clinical significance.
