30例前牙区种植美学修复效果评价

摘　　要：目的:回顾性研究百康特BV种植系统应用于上颌前牙缺失患者美学修复的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年6月于佛山市妇幼保健院就诊的上颌前牙美学区单颗种植修复的患者30例植入百康特BV种植体。术后随访12个月,通过观察种植体周围软组织形态、X线检查种植体周围骨吸收情况、调查患者满意度等方法对修复效果进行评价。结果:30颗种植体成功率100%;骨结合良好,无松动、脱落征象,修复1年后种植体平均垂直骨吸收量为(0.50±0.26)mm;红色美学指数(PES)评分(9.20±1.54)分,美学修复临床效果较好,患者满意度达到90%。结论:百康特BV种植系统应用于上颌前牙区缺失患者可以获得满意的修复功能和美学效果。Objective To approach the clinical results of dental implant treatment with Bioconcept implant system in partially anterior edentulous zone.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,30 patients with partially anterior edentulous zone were received a total of 30 Bioconcept system implants placement in the way of delayed implanting through one-stage surgery.Surgical,radiographic and clinical variables were collected at the 1-year recall after implant placement and subjective satisfaction of patients.Results The clinical results of 30 implants were satisfi ed.The success rate was 100%,the change of bone loss after 1 year was(0.5±0.26)mm.The mean value of PES was(9.20±1.54)showed acceptable pink aesthetic outcome.90%of patients were satisfi ed with the application and aesthetic effect of the restorations.Conclusions The application of Bioconcept implant system in partially anterior edentulous is reliable and demonstrate excellent clinical success.
