摘　　要：将壳聚糖亲水化改性制备羧丁酰壳聚糖(NSC),以转谷氨酰胺酶为催化剂,在羧丁酰壳聚糖上接枝小分子胶原蛋白肽(COP),并与氧化普鲁兰多糖(OPL)通过Schiff碱反应交联,制备得到一种新型羧丁酰壳聚糖/氧化普鲁兰(NSC-COP/OPL)复合水凝胶。采用红外光谱和扫描电镜对水凝胶的结构与形貌进行分析,同时考察了该水凝胶的凝胶时间、溶胀率、水蒸发率、溶血率和生物相容性等性能。结果显示,该水凝胶具有三维网状结构,凝胶时间随氧化普鲁兰多糖的加入量呈先减小后增大的趋势,最短为32 s;最大溶胀率可达574%;水蒸发率随氧化普鲁兰多糖加入量的增加而逐渐减小;不同比例的水凝胶溶血率均在5%以下;同时,具有良好的生物相容性。N-succinyl chitosan(NSC),hydrophilically modified from chitosan,was grafted with the small molecule collagen peptide(COP)using transglutaminase as catalyst,and then was cross-linked with pullulan oxide(OPL)to prepare a novel N-succinyl chitosan/pullulan oxide(NSC-COP/OPL)composite hydrogel through Schiff base reaction.The structure and morphology of hydrogels were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The properties of hydrogels,such as gelation time,swelling rate,water evaporation rate,hemolysis rate and biocompatibility,were also investigated.The results show that the hydrogel has a three-dimensional network structure;the gel time decreases first and then increases with the amount of OPL,and the shortest gel time is 32 s;the maximum swelling rate can reach 574%;the water evaporation rate decreases with the increase of the amount of pullulan oxide;the hemolysis rate of the hydrogels with different proportions is all below 5%.In addition,the composite hydrogel has excellent biocompatibility.
