Wnt5a与Yes相关蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌组织的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Wnt5a与Yes相关蛋白(YAP)在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及两者之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学法分别检测108例甲状腺乳头状癌及相应癌旁无瘤组织中Wnt5a与YAP的表达,计数资料采用χ^(2)检验及Spearman相关性检验。结果Wnt5a在甲状腺乳头状癌组织阳性表达率高于相应癌旁无瘤组织(64.8%比25.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=32.949,P<0.05)。Wnt5a的表达与临床分期及淋巴结转移明显相关(χ^(2)=9.126、9.414,P<0.05),而与年龄、肿瘤大小、性别及多灶性无明显相关(χ^(2)=2.684、1.304、1.336、0.237,P>0.05)。YAP蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌组织阳性表达率高于相应癌旁无瘤组织(71.3%比20.4%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=56.410,P<0.05)。YAP的表达与肿瘤大小、临床分期及淋巴结转移明显相关(χ^(2)=6.610、4.751、7.342,P<0.05),而与年龄、性别及多灶性无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.447、0.226、0.268,P>0.05)。甲状腺乳头状癌组织中Wnt5a与YAP均高表达,两者呈正相关(r=0.390,P<0.05)。结论Wnt5a与YAP的异常高表达与甲状腺癌的发生发展密切相关。Objective To study the expression of Wnt5a and Yes associated protein(YAP)in papillary thyroid carcinoma and their correlation.Methods The expression of Wnt5a and YAP was detected by immunohistochemistry in 108 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues.χ^(2) test and Spearman correlation test were used for the count data.Results The positive expression rate of Wnt5a in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissue was higher than that in the corresponding paracancerous tissue(64.8%vs.25.9%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=32.949,P<0.05).The expression of Wnt5a in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues was significantly associated with clinical stage and lymph node metastases(χ^(2)=9.126,9.414,P<0.05),but not to age,tumor size,sex or multifocality(χ^(2)=2.684,1.304,1.336,0.237,P>0.05).The positive expression rate of YAP protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissue was higher than that in the corresponding paracancerous tissue(71.3%vs.20.4%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=56.410,P<0.05).The expression of YAP in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues was significantly correlated with tumor size,clinical stage and lymph node metastases(χ^(2)=6.610,4.751,7.342,P<0.05),but not to age,sex or multifocality(χ^(2)=0.447,0.226,0.268,P>0.05).Wnt5a as well as YAP was expressed highly in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues.The expressions of Wnt5a and YAP were positively correlated(r=0.390,P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of Wnt5a as well as YAP is closely related to the development of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
