摘 要:目的探讨骨软骨瘤组织和骨肉瘤组织中高迁移率蛋白A2(HMGA2)和环氧合酶2(COX2)表达及其临床意义。方法收集2015年6月至2020年10月山西医科大学第二医院资料完整的77例骨肉瘤组织和24例骨软骨瘤组织标本,使用免疫组织化学法检测上述组织HMGA2和COX2的表达水平,结合临床资料采用χ^(2)检验。结果骨肉瘤组织中HMGA2阳性表达率71.43%(55/77)、明显高于骨软骨瘤组织HMGA2阳性表达率16.67%(4/24),两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=22.588,P<0.01),骨肉瘤组织中COX2阳性表达率76.62%(59/77)、明显高于骨软骨瘤组织COX2阳性表达率33.33%(8/24),两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.355,P<0.01)。HMGA2表达水平与骨肉瘤恩内金分期(Eneeking分期)、软组织浸润、肺转移明显相关(χ^(2)=5.581、5.958、6.242,P<0.05);COX2表达水平与骨肉瘤Eneeking分期、肺转移明显相关(χ^(2)=5.391、5.437,P<0.05)。结论骨肉瘤组织中HMGA2和COX2阳性表达均显著升高,检测HMGA2和COX2有助于诊断骨肉瘤患者病情进展及判断预后。Objective To investigate the expression of high mobility group A2(HMGA2)and cyclooxygenase 2(COX2)in osteosarcoma tissues and osteochondroma tissues and clinical significance.Methods A total of 77 cases of osteosarcoma tissues and 24 cases of osteochondroma tissues pathologically confirmed from June 2015 to October 2020 on the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were collected.The expression of HMGA2 and COX2 in osteosarcoma tissues and osteochondroma tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The clinical data were statistically analyzed by Chi-square test.Results The positive rate of HMGA2 expression in osteosarcoma tissues[71.43%(55/77)]was significantly higher than that in osteochondroma tissues[16.67%(4/24)](χ^(2)=22.588,P<0.01).The positive rate of COX2 expression in osteosarcoma tissues[76.62%(59/77)]was significantly higher than that in osteochondroma tissues[33.33%(8/24)](χ^(2)=15.355,P<0.01).The expression of HMGA2 was significantly correlated osteosarcoma to Eneeking stage,soft tissue involvement,lung metastasis(respectively,χ^(2)=5.581,5.958,6.242,P<0.05).The expression of COX2 was significantly correlated osteosarcoma to Eneeking stage,lung metastasis(respectively,χ^(2)=5.391,5.437,P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression of HMGA2 and COX2 was significantly increased in osteosarcoma tissues.Detection of HMGA2 and COX2 is helpful for diagnosis of disease progression and prognosis analysis of patients with osteosarcoma.
