摘　　要：智慧物流系统是将生产车间MES数据执行系统,RGV有轨运输车、AGV无轨运输车、机器人自动上下料机、动力辊筒输送机等工件输送设备的PC/PLC控制系统,WMS车间库位管理系统集成应用的一个综合系统。本文介绍了在备料、开料、打磨、砂边、铣型、钻孔、开榫头、铣榫眼等工序实现自动输送、自动转运、零部件自动上下料,同时实时提取生产加工数据、科学管理生产流程的智慧物流系统在实木家具白坯车间的应用。intelligent logistics system was a comprehensive system which integrates the MES data execution system of production workshop,RGV rail transport vehicle,AGV trackless transport vehicle,robot automatic feeding and unloading machine,power roller conveyor and other workpiece conveying equipment,and WMS workshop warehouse management system.This paper introduced the application of intelligent logistics system in the production and processing data extraction and scientific management of production process in the production process of the real-time extraction of the production and processing data and scientific management of the production process in the various processes of material preparation,material opening,grinding,sand edge,milling,drilling,tenon opening,mortise milling,etc.At the same time,the intelligent logistics system of real-time extraction of production and processing data and scientific management of production process was applied in solid wood furniture blank workshop.
