摘  要:为了实时监控列车的轴温,设计开发了基于ZigBee和云端的列车轴温监测系统。列车管理人员可以通过电脑端和移动终端实时监控列车轴温,并设置温度阈值提示报警,紧急避免危险的发生。系统由多个安装在车轴的终端节点和一个监控协调器组成,终端和协调器均采用低功耗、低成本的ZigBee处理器CC2530。轴温数据通过DS18B20高精度温度传感器采集并传输给终端节点。当终端节点与协调器自组网成功后,将数据传输给协调器。协调器将多个终端节点数据打包通过串口发送给上位机,最后由上位机通过TCP协议发送数据给指定云端服务器和移动终端。系统运行稳定,灵活,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to monitor axle temperature of train in real time,a train axle temperature monitoring and alarm system based on ZigBee and cloud terminal is designed and developed.The train manager can monitor the axle temperature of the train in real time through personal computer(PC)and mobile terminal,and set the temperature threshold to prompt the alarm,so as to avoid the occurrence of danger in an emergency.The design consists of a number of terminal nodes installed on the axle and a monitoring coordinator,both of which are low-power consumption,low-cost ZigBee processor CC2530.The axle temperature data is collected by DS18B20 high precision temperature sensor and transmitted to terminal node.When terminal node and coordinator are successfully self-organized,the data will be transmitted to the coordinator.The coordinator packages the data of multiple terminal nodes and sends it to upper PC through the serial port.Finally,the upper PC sends the data to the designated cloud terminal server and mobile terminal through the TCP protocol.The design is stable and flexible and has broad application prospect.
