摘　　要：[目的/意义]在线医疗健康社区通过医疗健康信息共享、社交支持和情感交互,在信息和情感层面提升用户的满意度。文章通过分析百度医疗健康类贴吧中用户知识互动与情感交互内容,揭示该类社区中用户知识互动行为与情感交互行为之间的关系,进而优化社区用户互动引导模式。[方法/过程]采用定性内容分析法对从4个疾病类贴吧中选取的32个帖子进行编码分析,构建知识互动的内容范畴和情感交互的内容范畴,并揭示知识互动和情感交互的相互促进关系。[结果/结论]百度医疗健康类贴吧用户情感呈现多样化特点;个人想法陈述、除病情外个人信息陈述及治疗经验分享对负面情绪向正面情绪转化有促进作用;平静、接受和关心的正面情绪有助于用户间信任程度与情感联结加深,对知识互动有促进作用;当情感和信息不断交互就形成了情感和信息高度融合的"混合空间"。[Purpose/significance]Online medical health communities can improve users’satisfaction at the information and emotion level through health information sharing,social support,and emotion interaction.By analyzing users’emotional interaction content and knowledge interaction content in Baidu medical post-bars,this paper aims to reveal the relationship between knowledge and emotion interaction behaviors in online medical health communities,and thus to provide references for optimizing guidance mode of members’interaction.[Method/process]It adopted qualitative content analysis method to analyze 32 posts selected from 4 disease-related Baidu post-bars,and created content categories emerged from posts of both knowledge interaction and emotion interaction.Consequently,it revealed the relationship of mutual promotion between knowledge interaction and emotional interaction.[Result/conclusion]In Baidu medical post-bar,users’emotions are quite diversified;posts about personal thoughts statement,personal information statement and treatment experience sharing have positive effects on helping users convert their negative emotions into positive emotions;posts about positive emotions like calm,acceptance,and care lead to the deepening of trust and emotional connections between users,and consequently have a positive impact on users’knowledge interaction.The continuing interactions between emotion and information creates a"mixed space"where they are of highly fusion in the online medical health community.
