山东省有留守经历大学生应对方式、安全感在自我效能感与心理健康间的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨有留守经历大学生的自我效能感、应对方式、安全感和心理健康之间的关系,为改善有留守经历大学生的心理健康状况提供参考。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取山东省9所高校的981名大学生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:有留守经历大学生安全感得分显著低于无留守经历大学生(P<0.05),心理健康总分显著高于后者(P<0.01)。自我效能感与积极应对方式、安全感均呈显著正相关,且三者均与心理健康总分呈显著负相关(P<0.01);自我效能感可以通过3条中介路径影响有留守经历大学生心理健康,其中包括积极应对方式和安全感的单独中介作用以及积极应对方式-安全感的链式中介作用,中介效应分别占总效应的25.81%、22.58%、22.58%。结论:积极应对方式和安全感是自我效能感影响有留守经历大学生心理健康的中介因素。Objective:To explore the relationship between self-efficacy,coping style,sense of security and mental health of college students with left-behind experiences,and to provide references for improving the mental health status of college students with left-behind experiences.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 981 college students from 9 universities in Shandong province by using stratified cluster sampling,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:College students with left-behind experiences scored significantly lower in sence of security than those without left-behind experiences(P<0.05),and their mental health scores were significantly higher than those of the latter(P<0.01).There was a significantly positive correlation between self-efficacy,positive coping style and sense of security,and all three were negatively correlated with the total scores of mental health(P<0.01).The influence of self-efficacy on mental health of college students with left-behind experiences was mediated by three mediating pathways.Positive coping style and sense of security played an independent mediating role respectively,positive coping style-sense of security played a chain mediating role,and the proportion of mediating effect was 25.81%,22.58%and 22.58%respectively.Conclusion:Positive coping style and sence of security are the mediating factors of the effect of self-efficacy on mental health of college students with left-behind experiences.
