摘　　要：高校学生资助是教育扶贫的重要组成部分,并在国家的扶贫实践中走出了一条具有中国特色的高等教育学生资助实践之路。长期实践中形成的重“扶困”轻“扶志”、重“国家”轻“社会”、重“建制”轻“效能”等积弊,对后扶贫时期高校学生资助构成了实践挑战。为实现后扶贫时期的发展突破,必须推动高校学生资助发展路径优化。The financial aid to college students is an important part of poverty alleviation project in the education field,and it has created a practical path with distinct Chinese characteristics.However,the persistent problems formed in the long-term practice,including paying more attention to“physical poverty”than“spiritual poverty”,relying more on the role of state than society,and attaching more importance to institutional construction than efficiency management,have constituted a practical challenge to the financial aid projects in post poverty alleviation period.In order to resolve these problems properly and achieve developmental breakthroughs,it is necessary to deepen the path of development path optimization.
