摘  要:人类卫生健康共同体倡议、对中国制度优势的高度认可和中外一视同仁的管理机制为后疫情时代“一带一路”来华留学生趋同化管理提供了价值遵循、思想基础和制度保障。当前滞后化的体制机制、薄弱化的思想教育、复杂化的文化背景、差异化的入学门槛制约着“一带一路”来华留学生趋同化发展。要以习近平给巴基斯坦留学生回信精神及共建“人类卫生健康共同体”思想为指导,加强顶层设计,强化思想引领,坚持以我为主,遵循同中有异,从理论和实践层面对后疫情时代“一带一路”来华留学生趋同化管理开展科学的辨析与有效的探索。The initiative of community of common health for mankind,the high recognition of China’s institutional advantages and the management mechanism of equal treatment between the Chinese and Foreigners provide valuable guidelines,ideological basis,and institutional guarantee for the convergent management of international students from“the Belt and Road”in the Post-Epidemic Era.The current lagging institutional mechanism,differentiated entrance threshold,complex cultural background,and weak ideological education constrain the convergence development.Guided by the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s reply letter to Pakistani students and the initiative of building a community of common health for mankind,we should strengthen the top-level design,reinforce the ideological orientation,adhere to China-based,follow the principle of conformity with differences,and carry out scientific analysis and effective exploration of convergence management of International Students from“the Belt and Road”through the theoretical and practical levels in the Post-Epidemic Era.
