摘 要:本文面向电动汽车电机轻量化研究,以某电机驱动电动汽车为目标对象,调查电机轻量化技术路径,分析其可行性,进行电动汽车电机壳体轻量化设计,为电动汽车轻量化提供技术参考和理论支持。本文对纯电动汽车电机壳体在6种不同工况下的强度进行了分析评价,使用Hypermesh、Optistruct等软件,运用拓扑优化方法,优化设计了纯电动汽车电机壳体,保证其在不同运行工况下强度均满足使用要求,以降低电机壳体的质量为设计目标,改善电动汽车的能源利用率。结果显示,经过优化后电机壳体的质量相较之前下降了12.3%,为电动汽车电机壳体的优化设计提供了经验。This paper is oriented to the research on the lightweight of electric vehicle motors,taking a motor-driven electric vehicle as the target object,investigating the technical path of the motor lightweight,analyzing its feasibility,and carrying out the lightweight design of the electric vehicle motor housing,and providing a technical reference for the lightweight of electric vehicles and theoretical support.This paper analyzes and evaluates the strength of pure electric vehicle motor housing under 6 diff erent working conditions.Using Hypermesh,Optistruct and other software,and the topology optimization methods,the pure electric vehicle motor housing is optimized to ensure that it is in diff erent conditions.Under the operating conditions,the strength meets the requirements of use,and the design goal is to reduce the quality of the motor housing to improve the energy effi ciency of electric vehicles.The results show that the quality of the motor housing after optimization has dropped by 12.3%compared to before,which provides experience for the optimal design of the motor housing of electric vehicles.
