依达拉奉注射液与丹红注射液联合治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究依达拉奉注射液与丹红注射液联合治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法选取150例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组75例。对照组应用依达拉奉注射液进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用丹红注射液进行联合治疗。对比两组治疗效果、用药前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的82.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药前,两组患者的NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分为(11.21±3.12)分,明显低于对照组的(20.15±4.92)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用丹红注射液与依达拉奉注射液联合治疗脑梗死患者,可以提高治疗效果,促进神经功能的恢复,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To study the efficacy of edaravone injection combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 150 patients with cerebral infarction as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone injection,and the observation group was treated with Danhong injection based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score before and after medication were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 82.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before medication,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After medication,the NIHSS score(11.21±3.12)points of the observation group was obviously lower than(20.15±4.92)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Danhong injection and edaravone injection for patients with cerebral infarction can improve the therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of neurological function,and it is worthy of wide clinical application.
