摘　　要：信息化促成侦查思维方式的变革似乎已成为侦查领域的共识。基于摸底排队认知模型,得以从侦查思维程序与不同信息方式之间的交互中考察不同信息方式的特点及其对侦查思维程序的影响。虽然信息化导致侦查思维中的依据、途径、环节等方面发生改变,但作为侦查思维方式具像的摸底排队模型仍具有必要的理论解释张力,因此,并不构成侦查思维方式的根本转型。It seems that informatization promotes the change of investigation thinking mode.Based on the searching and queuing cognitive mode,we can study the characteristics of different information modes and their influence on the investigation thinking process from the interaction between the investigation thinking process and different information modes.Although informatization leads to changes in the basis,ways and links of investigation thinking,however,as a typical mode of thinking in investigation,the cognitive model of investigation queuing still has the necessary theoretical explanation tension.Therefore,it does not constitute the fundamental transformation of investigation thinking mode.
