摘  要:针对阀控非对称缸系统中,油缸无杆腔容易产生气穴的问题,开展了理论与实验研究。推导建立了阀控缸系统稳态数学模型,得到了稳态运动时油缸两腔压力的理论计算公式。根据理论推导,指出在油缸结构参数固定不变时,选用和油缸匹配的控制阀、降低外负载力和提升油源供油压力,可以在一定范围内避免气穴现象的发生。实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。The theoretical analysis and experimental validation are implemented,focusing on the cavitation in the piston rod of an asymmetrical cylinder controlled by a symmetrical control valve.The static model of the valve-controlled-cylinder system is established,and the calculation formula for the pressures of the cylinder that moves in uniform motion is given.The countermeasures based on the steady-state-model,such as selecting the matched control valve,reducing the external force load and increasing the pressure of power supply,are provided to avoid the cavitation to some extent.Experiments are conducted to validate the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
