省级高校网络思政中心网络育人引领力提升过程中若干重要关系研究

摘　　要：自省级高校网络思政中心建立以来,为推动省级高校网络思政中心网络育人引领力进一步提升,深入分析了省级网络思政中心网络育人引领力提升中的若干重要关系,主要从处理主导性与主体性的关系、统一性与多样性的关系、量与质的关系3个方面阐述了高校网络育人引领力提升的重要性,指出了省级高校网络思政中心既要充分发挥自身的主导作用,导好方向,导好内容,又要充分调动各高校的主体性;既要确保高校网络育人在目标、内容上守正,又要激励高校网络育人在方法和形式上创新。同时,省级高校网络思政中心在提升网络育人引领力的过程中还应改变片面追求活动组织的数量、文件下发的数量的做法,更加注重提升自身引领工作的质量,使网络育人引领力不断提升。Since the establishment of the network ideological and political center of provincial-level universities,in order to promote the leading ability of network education of the network ideological and political center in provincial-level universities,this paper deeply analyzes some important relations in promoting the leading ability of network education of the provincial network ideological and political center,and it expounds the importance of promoting the leading ability of network education in colleges and universities from three aspects:dealing with the relationship between dominance and subjectivity,the relationship between unity and diversity,and the relationship between quantity and quality.The paper puts forward that the network ideological and political center at the provincial level should not only give full play to its leading role,guide its direction and content,but also fully mobilize the subjectivity of each university.It is also necessary to encourage innovation in the methods and forms of network education in universities.At the same time,in the process of promoting the leading ability of network education,the network ideological and political center at the provincial level should also overcome the unilateral pursuit of the number of activity organizations and the number of documents issued,and pay more attention to improving the quality of its own leading work so as to constantly improve leading force in networked education.
