摘  要:目的探究PBL教学法联合技能考核教学模式在妇科肿瘤教学中的应用效果。方法以两个临床医学班60名(2019年12月—2020年12月)学生作为研究对象开展此项研究,每个班级为一组,对照组进行常规教学模式,研究组进行PBL教学法联合技能考核教学模式;就两组学生的理论考核成绩、实践技术考核成绩、各项能力评分等指标确定联合教学模式的价值。结果研究组学生的理论考核成绩、实践技术考核成绩、各项能力评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇科肿瘤教学中,转变传统教学模式,为学生开展PBL教学法联合技能考核教学模式,其不仅可以提升学生的自主学习、创新能力,也可提升学生掌握专业基础理论知识水平,也可提升了学生临床实践操作能力及临床病例分析能力,是妇科肿瘤临床教学有效的教学模式。Objective To evaluate the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with skill assessment in the teaching course of gynecological tumors.Methods 60 students majoring in clinical medicine from two classes(from December 2019 to December 2020)were enrolled in this study.Each class was assigned into one group.In the control group,traditional teaching mode was given,and PBL combined with skill assessment teaching mode was delivered in the study group.The value of the combined teaching mode was determined by the theoretical examination score,skill examination score and the scores of various capabilities between two groups.Results In the study group,the scores of theoretical examination,skill examination and various capabilities were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the teaching course of gynecological tumors,the transformation from traditional teaching mode towards PBL combined with skill assessment teaching mode can not only improve the spontaneous learning and innovation ability,but also consolidate the mastery of professional basic theoretical knowledge,enhance the clinical skill and clinical case analysis abilities,which is an effective clinical teaching mode for gynecological tumors.
