摘　　要：目的探讨4C延续护理模式对帕金森病患者焦虑、抑郁状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年8月—2019年5月期间120例帕金森病患者作为本次研究的对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组给予出院后实施常规健康宣教,观察组给予4C延续护理干预,比较两组患者生活质量及焦虑、抑郁状态的影响。结果干预6个月后,与对照组相比,观察组生活质量评分显著增高,HAMA评分明显降低,HAMD评分明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论4C护理模式能够明显提高PD患者的生活质量,有效改善PD患者焦虑、抑郁状态。Objective To explore the effect of 4C continuous nursing model on the quality of life,anxiety and depression of patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods From August 2018 to May 2019,120 patients with Parkinson's disease were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Continue nursing intervention and compare the effects of quality of life and anxiety and depression status of the two groups of patients.Results After 6 months of intervention,compared with the control group,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly increased,the HAMA score was significantly reduced,and the HAMD score was significantly reduced,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 4C nursing model can significantly improve the quality of life of PD patients and effectively improve the anxiety and depression of PD patients.
