摘　　要：分析表明,椭圆函数滤波器带外抑制好、传输零点单独可调,因此非常适用于多层介质结构滤波器的设计。基于三阶椭圆函数滤波器为基础,设计一款多层介质结构滤波器。在设计过程中避免使用寄生效应复杂的垂直交指式电容,而是使用了金属-绝缘体-金属电容。通过电容之间的合理堆叠来实现空间的有效利用。滤波器仿真结果与电路仿真结果相符,体现了设计的有效性。Elliptic function filter is featured with good out-of-band suppression, and its transmission zeroes can be tuned separately. Therefore, it is suitable for multilayer filter design. In this paper, a multilayer filter is designed with the third-order elliptic function. In this design, metal-insulator-metal capacitor instead ofvertical-integrated-capacitoris used to reduce the undesired parasitic effects. By carefully stacking the capacitors, the filter is compact. EM simulation results agree well with circuit simulation results, which shows the effectiveness of the design.
