摘　　要：基于人为因素理论的分析,阐述飞机维修工程中的人为因素,指出飞机维修工程中维修差错成因,飞机维修工程中人为差错的防控实践。Based on the analysis of human factors theory, this paper expounds the human factors in aircraft maintenance engineering, points out the causes of maintenance errors in aircraft maintenance engineering, and the prevention and control practice of human errors in aircraft maintenance engineering.
