摘　　要：目的研究整合素α3(ITGA3)在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与肿瘤组织上皮-间质转化(EMT)相关性。方法选取2019年1月1日~2020年5月31日收治的43例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,取手术切除非小细胞肺癌组织为观察组,癌旁正常组织为对照组,比较两组ITGA3蛋白表达水平和EMT标志物表达水平,研究ITGA3表达量与EMT标志物表达量的相关性。结果观察组的ITGA3蛋白阳性表达情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-6.473,P<0.05)。观察组的Snail阳性率为86.04%、Vimentin阳性率为79.07%,明显高于对照组的18.60%和11.63%;E-cadherin阳性率为9.30%,明显低于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=39.201、39.458、42.434,P<0.05)。经Spearman秩相关检验分析发现,ITGA3表达量与Snail表达量、Vimentin表达量呈正相关性,与E-cadherin表达量呈负相关性。结论ITGA3的表达水平与肿瘤组织EMT密切相关,可作为早期诊断非小细胞肺癌的标志物。Objective To investigate the expression of integrinα3(ITGA3)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its correlation with epithelial mesenchymal transition(EMT).Methods Forty three patients with NSCLC from January 1,2019 to May 31,2020 were selected as the research object.The resected NSCLC tissues were taken as the observation group,and the adjacent normal tissues as the control group.The expression levels of ITGA3 protein and EMT markers were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between the expression of ITGA3 and EMT markers was studied.Results The expression of ITGA3 protein in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(Z=-6.473,P<0.05).The positive rates of Snail and Vimentin in the observation group were 86.04%and 79.07%,which were significantly higher than 18.60%and 11.63%in the control group,and the positive rate of E-cadherin was 9.30%,which was significantly lower than 79.07%of the control group(χ^(2)=39.201,39.458,42.434,P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of ITGA3 was positively correlated with Snail and Vimentin,and negatively correlated with E-cadherin.Conclusion The expression of ITGA3 is closely related to EMT in tumor tissue,which can be used as a marker for early diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer.
