出生时运气特点与高血压病罹患性及严重程度相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨出生时五运六气特点与原发性高血压病的罹患倾向及严重程度的相关性。方法:基于2016年9月-2018年12月在福建医科大学附属协和医院中医科及福建中医药大学附属人民医院心内科门诊及住院的确诊原发性高血压病的病例共3784例,以同期非高血压病患者1233例为对照,将患者出生日期分别进行运气转化,分别统计高血压组和对照组、不同高血压病严重程度分级之间中运、司天之气、主气、客气的人数,分别用卡方检验、秩和检验筛选出可能对高血压病罹患性及严重程度产生影响的运气因素,采用二元和多项无序Logistic回归确定对高血压病的罹患性及严重程度有影响的危险因素及影响趋势。结果:中运和主气对高血压病罹患性具有影响,中运的火运不及、主气的太阳寒水是独立危险因素。中运、司天之气、主气、客气对高血压病严重程度均存在影响,但影响方式较为复杂。结论:出生时的运气特点对高血压病的罹患性及严重程度存在影响。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the characteristics of Wuyun Liuqi(五运六气)at birth and the tendency and severity of essential hypertension.Methods:From September 2016 to December 2018,3784 cases of primary hypertension were diagnosed in the Department of traditional Chinese medicine of Fujian Medical University Union Hospital and the Department of Cardiology of people’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine,and 1259 cases of non hypertensive patients in the same period were taken as the control group,Chi square test and rank sum test were used to screen out the Yun Qi(运气)factors that may have an impact on the incidence and severity of hypertension.Binary and multiple logistic regression were used to determine the risk factors and influence trend of the incidence and severity of hypertension.Results:Zhongyun(中运)and Zhuqi(主气)have an effect on the incidence of hypertension.The lack of fire of Zhongyun and the cold water of the sun of Zhuqi are the independent risk factors.Zhongyun,Sitian Zhiqi(司天之气),Zhuqi and Keqi(客气)all have effects on the severity of hypertension,but the influence mode is more complex.Conclusion:The characteristics of luck at birth have influence on the incidence and severity of hypertension.
