敷和汤治疗己亥年肾病综合征

摘　　要：敷和汤出自陈无择《三因极一病证方论》。本文从运气理论出发,多个方面探讨己亥年运用敷和汤治疗肾病综合征的疗效。己亥年厥阴风木司天,少阳相火在泉,气候变化剧烈,小儿更易受外邪侵扰,肾病综合征每因小儿感受外邪而复发。应用敷和汤加减可祛风清热,体现了中医学“异病同治”理念,印证了运气方的有效性。The Fuhe decoction(敷和汤)cames from Chen Wuze’s Sanyin Jiyi Bingzheng Fanglun(《三因极一病证方论》).Starting from the Yunqu theory(运气理论),the therapeutic effects of the Fuhe decoction on nephrotic syndrome in the Jihai Year(己亥年)were discussed from many aspects in this article.In the year of Jihai,the climate changes drastically,and children are more susceptible to external evils.The reason for each recurrence of nephrotic syndrome is that the child is attacked by external evil.Applying the Fuhe decoction to treat the disease can dispel wind and heat,embody the concept of“treating different diseases with same method”in TCM,and confirm the effectiveness of the Yunqi prescription.
