摘　　要：姚高升教授认为,中医治疗口腔扁平苔癣以“诸痛疮痒,皆属于心”为病机指导,从“火、瘀、虚、实”辨治此病:火性炎上,蒸口致病,火又有“虚实”之别:五脏六腑皆有实火,各别论治,泻心、肝、胃火以清实火;虚火应区别脾胃气虚与肝肾阴虚,退阴火、降浮阳以清虚火。在疾病后期,还当养阴。血与火原一家,在清火时当化瘀,尤其对于粗糙肥厚样苔癣。在内治的基础上,配合生蒲黄外用,临床疗效颇佳。Professor Yao Gaosheng believes that the TCM treatment of oral lichen planus is guided by the pathogenesis of all pain,sores,and itching due to abnormal function of the heart,and treats the disease from fire,stasis,deficiency,and sufficiency.The fire of the heart evaporates into the mouth,leading to the occurrence of diseases.Fire has two attributes,namely deficiency,and sufficiency.There is sufficiency fire in viscera and organs,which can be treated separately to relieve the sufficiency fire in the heart,liver and stomach.Qideficiency(气虚)of spleen and stomach should be distinguished from Yin-deficiency(阴虚)of liver and kidney.Reducing deficiency fire and sufficiency Yang(阳)to clear deficiency fire.In the later stage of the disease,it should be nourishing Yin(阴).Blood and fire are similar.When clearing the fire,attention should be paid to removing blood stasis,especially for rough hypertrophic lichen.Internal treatment plus external application of Sheng Puhuang on the disease gained quitely good effects.
