联合应用瘤床同步推量放疗技术与斑蝥酸钠治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效及对患者血清miRNA-21、miRNA-34a水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨瘤床同步推量调强放疗技术联合斑蝥酸钠治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效及对患者血清miRNA-21、miRNA-34a水平的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月大连市第三人民医院收治的120例接受保乳术的早期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组采用瘤床同步推量调强放疗技术联合斑蝥酸钠治疗,对照组采用瘤床同步推量调强放疗技术治疗,比较两组卡氏(KPS)评分、miRNA-21、miRNA-34a及近远期疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率(93.3%)高于对照组(80.0%)(P<0.05);两组治疗前KPS评分、miRNA-21、miRNA-34a比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组KPS评分、miRNA-34a高于对照组,mi RNA-21低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率和死亡率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组复发率和转移率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瘤床同步推量调强放疗技术联合斑蝥酸钠治疗乳腺癌,可有效改善血清miRNA-21、miRNA-34a水平和患者健康状况,提高近远期疗效。Objective To explore the effects of combined application of SIB and sodium cantharidate in the treatment of breast cancer and its effect on serum miR-21 and miR-34 a levels.Methods A total of 120 patients with early breast cancer who underwent breast-conserving surgery in the Third People’s Hospital of Dalian were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was treated with SIB combined with sodium cantharidate,and the control group was treated with SIB.The KPS score and miRNA-21,miRNA-34 a level and near-term long-term efficacy were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(93.3%)was higher than that of the control group(80.0%)(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in KP score,miRNA-21,miRNA-34 a between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the KPS score,miRNA-34 a was higher than the control group,miRNA-21 was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions and mortality between the 2 groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the recurrence rate and metastasis rate of the observation group were lower than the control group group(P<0.05).Conclusion SIB combined with sodium cantharidate for the treatment of breast cancer can effectively improve serum miR-21,miR-34 a levels and patient health,and improve the long-term and long-term effects.
