摘 要:对四川和西藏栽培的白肉灵芝(Ganoderma leucocontextum)子实体(编号分别为GLFS、GLFT)及液体发酵菌丝体(编号为GLM)中多糖、三萜、糖醇、核苷含量及多糖分子量分布特征进行比较。结果表明:GLFS和GLFT中多糖含量相对较低,分别为0.87%和0.79%,GLM多糖含量相对较高,为1.54%,子实体和菌丝体多糖的分子量分布有差异,子实体含有重均分子量为9X 10^(5)~2X 10^(6)的多糖组分;白肉灵芝子实体和菌丝体中均含有阿拉伯糖醇和甘露醇,其中GLFS的阿拉伯糖醇含量较高,为71.91μg.mg^(-1),菌丝体中还含有少量赤藓糖醇;GLFS和GLFT中核苷种类相同,但GLFS中尿苷、腺嘌呤、鸟苷含量显著高于GLFT的,菌丝体GLM中核苷种类少于子实体的,但其中胞苷、鸟苷、腺苷的含量显著高于子实体的;子实体中三萜种类丰富,检测出10种已知三萜,含量为25.9~116.1μg.g^(1),菌丝体中三萜种类较少,仅检测出灵芝酮三醇和灵芝醇A两种已知三萜,含量分别为217.5和121.3μg.g^(-1)。Cultivated Ganoderma leucocontextum fruiting bodies from Sichuan(GLFS)and Tibet(GLFT)and fermented mycelia(GLM)of G.leucocontextum were determined for their water-soluble polysaccharides,alditols,nucleosides and triterpenoids.The results indicated that GLFS and GLFT contained 0.87%and 0.79%water-soluble polysaccharides,respectively,and both were lower than that of GLM(1.54%).There were obvious differences between the molecular weight distribution of fruiting body polysaccharides and that of GLM polysaccharides.Both GLFS and GLFT contained polysaccharide fractions between 9×10^(5) and 2×10^(6) in weight-average molecular weight.Arabitol and mannitol were found in both fruiting bodies and GLM,and the content of arabitol in GLFS(71.91μg·mg^(-1))was higher than that in the other two kinds of samples.On the other hand,erythritol was only detected in GLM.GLFS and GLFT contained the same profile of nucleosides,but GLFS contained more uridine,adenine and guanosine than GLFT.Compared with GLFS and GLFT,GLM contained fewer varieties of nucleosides but higher levels of cytidine,guanosine and adenosine.Both GLFS and GLFT contained a rich diversity of triterpenoids with 10 known triterpenoids at concentrations between 25.9-116.1μg·mg^(-1).In contrast,GLM contained only a few triterpenoids,and two known triterpenoids,ganodermanontriol and ganoderic acid A,were detected at 217.5and 121.3μg·g^(-1),respectively.
