摘 要:目的考察一种新的复方制剂对缓解小鼠疲劳的作用。方法复方制剂由维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素C、牛磺酸、人参提取物、留兰香提取物、枸杞提取物和覆盆子提取物组成。将50只健康BALB/c小鼠随机分为空白对照组、参苓白术散组(阳性对照)、复方制剂低剂量(41.88 mg/kg)组、复方制剂中剂量(83.77 mg/kg)组、复方制剂高剂量(167.53 mg/kg)组,每组10只,分别灌胃蒸馏水、参苓白术散以及低、中、高剂量的新复方制剂30 d;末次喂食30 min后将尾根部负荷5%体重铅皮的小鼠置于游泳箱中,记录各组小鼠负重游泳时间;小鼠分组喂食同上,未次喂食30 min后,不负重在温度为30℃的水中游泳10 min后停止,检测各组小鼠血乳酸的含量;第31天不负重游泳90 min休息60 min后再检测各组小鼠血糖(GLU)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、尿素(UREA)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)和肝糖原的含量。结果参苓白术散组和复方制剂低、中、高剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间较空白对照组有所延长,其中复方制剂中、高剂量组小鼠游泳时间延长率可超过50%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。参苓白术散组和复方制剂低、中、高剂量组小鼠血乳酸曲线下面积和LDH含量低于空白对照组,游泳后GLU含量高于空白对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方制剂中、高剂量组血清中CK含量低于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方制剂高剂量组小鼠血清中UREA含量低于空白对照组,运动后GSH、肝糖原含量高于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参苓白术散组和复方制剂低、中、高剂量组小鼠血清中SOD含量高于空白对照组,MDA含量低于空白对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新复方制剂能够加快体内乳酸等代谢废物的清除、加快自由基的清除、防止脂质过氧化和增加肝糖原的Objective To investigate the effect of a new compound preparation on fatigue relief in mice. Methods The compound preparation was composed of vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin B6,vitamin C,taurine,ginseng extract,Orchid extract,lycium barbarum extract and raspberry extract. 50 healthy BALB/c mice were randomly divided into blank control group,Shenlin Baishu powder group,low-dose compound preparation(41.88 mg/kg) group,middle-dose compound preparation(83.77 mg/kg)group,and high-dose compound preparation(167.53 mg/kg)group,which were administered with distilled water,Shenlin Baishu powder and low,medium and high dose of the new compound preparation for 30 days. Thirty minutes after the last feeding,mice with 5% weight of lead skin on their tail roots were placed in a swimming tank,and the swimming time of mice in each group was recorded. Mice were fed in groups as above. 30 minutes after the last feeding,the mice were swimming in water at 30 ℃ for 10 minutes and then stopped. The blood lactic acid content of mice in each group was detected. On day 31,after 90 minutes of non-weighted swimming and 60 minutes of rest,glucose(GLU),creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),UREA,peroxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),reduced glutathione(GSH)and liver glycogen contents of mice in each group were detected. Results The weight-bearing swimming time of mice in the Shenlin Baishu powder group,low-dose compound preparation group,middle-dose compound preparation group,and high-dose compound preparation group was longer than that of the blank control group,among which mice in the middle-dose compound preparation group and high-dose compound preparation group,the swimming time extension rate could exceed 50%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The area under the blood lactic acid curve and LDH content of mice in the Shenlin Baishu powder group,low-dose compound preparation group,middle-dose compound preparation group,and high-dose compound preparation group were lower than those of the blank contr
