摘  要:基于社会认知理论,研究大规模开放在线课程(MOOC慕课)讨论区中学习者学习进度的影响因素。在文献综述的基础上,提出研究假设,构建MOOC讨论区中学习者学习进度影响模型;选取国际知名Coursera平台最热门课程《机器学习》讨论区为研究对象,获取2015年8月至2018年11月的相关数据,经过数据处理,得到37927个学习者的有效数据;将学习者学习进度、学习者发帖总数和情感、讨论区反馈的回帖人身份、回帖间隔、回帖长度、回帖人学习进度和回帖情感作为研究变量,构建多元回归模型,验证研究假设。研究结果表明:回帖人身份和回帖情感对MOOC学习者学习进度均无显著正向影响,但可以通过影响MOOC学习者发帖总数和发帖情感,而间接影响MOOC学习者学习进度;被回帖时间间隔对MOOC学习者学习进度有显著负向影响,对MOOC学习者发帖总数有显著正向影响;被回帖长度对MOOC学习者学习进度无显著正向影响,但可以通过影响MOOC学习者发帖总数,而间接影响MOOC学习者学习进度;回帖人学习进度显著正向影响MOOC学习者学习进度和发帖总数。Based on social cognitive theory,this paper aims to study the influencing factors of learning progress in MOOC forum.First,based on the literature review,research hypotheses are put forward and a learning progress impact model is constructed for MOOC forum.Second,the data from the most popular course Machine Learning discussion forum is captured from August of 2015 to November of 2018 on the internationally renowned Coursera platform.After data processing,the data of 37927 learners are obtained.Third,the leaner's learning progress,total number of posts and emotions of posts,the identity of the respondents,the interval between the posts,the length of the posts,the learning progress of the respondents and the emotions of the respondents are set as research variables,and a multiple regression model is constructed.The research shows the following results:(1)the identity and emotions of the respondents have no significant positive impact on learning progress,but they can indirectly affect learning progress by affecting the total number and emotions of posts;(2)the time interval of being replied has a significant negative impact on MOOC learners′learning progress,and it has a significant negative impact on learning progress.The total number of posts has a significant positive impact;(3)the length of the posts received has no significant positive impact on MOOC learners′learning progress,but it can indirectly affect MOOC learners′learning progress by affecting the total number of posts by MOOC learners;(4)the learning progress of the posters has a significant positive impact on MOOC learners′learning progress and total number of posts.
