摘 要:校企协同共建实践教学基地是地方高校提高应用型人才培养质量重要举措之一.以绵阳师范学院地理与环境类本科专业为例,构建了“1234”(一体系、两平台、三应用、四机制)校企协同共建实践教学基地模式,并从实践教学体系、实践平台、双师双能型教师团队与质量监控机制等方面进行了实践探索,为卓越人才的培养,质量提升提供参考和借鉴.It is one of the important measures for local colleges and universities to improve the quality of application-oriented personnel training to build a practical teaching base with the cooperation of colleges and enterprises.With the deepening of the transformation and development of higher education and the reform of connotation development,the practical teaching of geography and environment majors in our university has taken the road of production,study,research and application,constructed the"1234"(one system,two platforms,three applications,four mechanisms)mode of school enterprise collaborative construction of practical teaching base,and It also explores the practical teaching system,practice platform,double teacher and double ability teacher team,quality monitoring mechanism,etc.It can provide reference for the cultivation and promotion of outstanding talents.
