摘　　要：文章介绍了一种利用精制液体盐生产彩色盐的方法,大致过程是液体盐与植物染料按比例调配成混合液,此混合液经蒸煮、过滤、烘干等过程,即可获得食用彩色盐。文章所述方法获得的彩色盐,色泽明亮,染色率高,可适用于工业化大规模生产。It was introduced a technology for producing colorful salt utilizing refined liquid salt.The major process:according to special proportion,the liquid salt and vegetable dye were mixed,this miscible liquid was going through evaporation,percolation and drying to obtain colorful salt.The methodology is good for large quantity commercial process.Its production showed superior in color and efficiency of dye.
