摘 要:目的分析目前助听器在言语信号领域的质控现状,研究对应的质量评价方法,实现在类言语信号刺激下的助听器测试平台搭建和质控方法研究。方法本研究以国际语音测试信号作为声源,进行频响均衡后经人工嘴输出。利用替代法对200~8000 Hz频带范围内助听器输入、输出声压级进行测量,并计算全频率范围内的增益情况,绘制频谱图,完成助听器言语识别性能评价。结果通过调节语音刺激信号强度,对助听器在55、65、80 dB声压级下LTASS Gain和不同百分强度下的Percentile Gain这两大类增益进行分析。经对照,产品最大增益测试结果与产品标称参数保持一致。结论助听器言语识别性能的客观评价相较于现在纯音激励下的声学评价而言,更接近真实使用环境,相较于主观测听而言,能够定量评价产品性能,可操作性更强,是对助听器进行质控的重要方法。Objective To realize the construction of hearing aid test platform and quality control methods under the stimulation of speech like signals by analyzing the current quality control status of hearing aids in the field of speech signals and studying the corresponding quality evaluation methods.Methods In this study,the speech-ISTS signal was used as the sound source,the source was outputted by artificial mouth after frequency response equalization.The substitution method was used to measure the input and output sound pressure levels of hearing aids in the frequency range of 200 Hz-8000 Hz,calculate the gain in the full frequency range and draw the spectrum,and then complete the speech recognition performance evaluation of hearing aids.Results By adjusting the intensity of speech stimulation signal,the LTASS Gain of the hearing aid at 55 dB,65 dB and 80 dB sound pressure levels and the Percentile Gain were analyzed.By comparison,the maximum gain test results of the product were consistent with the nominal parameter of the product.Conclusion The objective evaluation of speech recognition performance of hearing aids is closer to the real use environment than the acoustic evaluation under pure tone stimulation.Compared with subjective audiometry,it can quantitatively evaluate the performance of products and has stronger operability.It is an important method for quality control of hearing aids.
