摘　　要：目的探讨如何利用信息技术,解决目前医院日间手术运作模式所存在的问题,实现合理、科学、全面、高效的日间手术全流程的闭环管理。方法以医院日间手术中心管理流程为主,结合互联网技术重塑符合医院需求的日间手术全流程闭环。结果重塑的日间手术全流程闭环更为完善,融入患者线上即时服务,实现了从患者门诊就诊初筛、术前检查检验、手术评估与日间住院申请、麻醉评估,到日间信息核对、入院前宣教、手术预约、手术确认、术后随访的全流程数字化闭环管理。结论基于“互联网+”的日间手术全流程闭环,优化和规范了日间手术流程,有效延伸患者术前术后非在院期间医疗服务,提高医院资源使用率,提升医护人员工作便捷性,使日间手术管理更精细化,便于医院监控与管理。Objective Explore how to use information technology to solve the existing problems in the current hospital day operation mode,and to achieve a reasonable,scientific,comprehensive and efficient closed-loop and whole process management of day operation.Method Based on the management process of the day operation center in our hospital,we reshape the whole process closed-loop of day surgery that meets the needs of the hospital combining internet technology.Result The reshaped closedloop of the whole process day surgery is more consummated and optimized than before,and is integrated with online real-time service for patients.It realizes the whole process digital closed-loop management from the the initial screening of patients'outpatient visits,preoperative examination and testing,doctor's operation evaluation and application for day hospitalization,anesthesia evaluation,to day information check,pre-admission education,operation appointment,operation confirmation and postoperative followup.Conclusion The closed-loop reconstruction of the whole process based on"Internet plus"day surgery optimizes and standardized daytime operation process,extended the patient's non-hospital service before and after operation effectively,improved the utilization rate of hospital resources,improved the working convenience of medical staff,and made the management of day surgery more refined,which was convenient for hospital monitoring and management.
