新农科背景下农业院校青年教师创新发展的思考

摘　　要：新农科背景下,以往高度专业化和技术化的教育方式和人才培养方式已不再满足高等教育的新需求,加强新农科背景下青年教师的创新培养,探索实现农科学子人才培养全面发展与农业高校社会价值体现的新农科建设之路具有重要意义。文章以新疆高校为例,分析了新农科背景下的机遇与挑战,并以新农科背景下农业院校青年教师创新发展的思考为切入点,提出了新农科背景下农业院校青年教师创新发展的建议,为新农科建设提供人才培养思路。In the context of the new agricultural sciences,the previous highly specialized and technical education methods and talent training methods no longer meet the new needs of higher education.It is of great significance to strengthen the innovative training of young teachers under the background of new agricultural sciences,and to explore the way to realize the all-round development of the cultivation of agricultural science talents and the construction of new agricultural sciences reflecting the social value of agricultural universities.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the context of new agricultural sciences taking universities in Xinjiang as an example.Taking the thinking on the innovative development of young teachers in agricultural universities under the background of new agricultural sciences as the focus point,and puts forward suggestions for the innovative development of young teachers in agricultural colleges under the background of new agricultural sciences,and provides talent training ideas for the construction of new agricultural sciences.
